Description of the neighborhood
The area is pine and amphitheater with a unique sea view. There are three beaches in the settlement at a distance of 5 minutes from the house, all with pebbles. They are crystal clear and the sea is deep blue.
In Fragolimano, one of the three beaches, there is a canteen that offers water, coffee, soft drinks and souvlaki, salads for a meal by the sea. The area is ideal for swimming, scuba diving, hiking and mountain biking.
Other activities in the area
Ancient Corinth with its citadel. In Loutraki there are the famous thermal baths 34km from the house. Of course the ancient Epidaurus with its Ancient theater with its awesome acoustics and summer performances 45km from the house. Nafplio, a recognized traditional settlement and the first capital of Greece with Bourtzi, Palamidi and Akronafplia, just 64km from Villa Iokasti.
Finally at a distance of 80km you reach Poros and Porto Heli through a very picturesque route. Of course the uniqueness of the sea view from the terrace of the house is something that will be unforgettable. Finally, I would like to point out the peaceful personal moments of rest for couples but also for families with children.
Other important information
Villa Iokasti can be a starting point for excursions to archeological sites (Ancient Corinth, Ancient Epidaurus, Epidaurus Theater, Nafplio, Mycenae) which are about an hour away by car and tourist destinations with nightlife (Corinth, Casino Loutra , Poros, Spetses). The village of Sofiko is located at a distance of 10 km where you can do your supplies. There is a pharmacy and an ATM in the Baths of Oraia Eleni on the main road Corinth-Epidaurus.
I would like to inform you that the settlement has no drinking water supply and all the houses have non-drinking water tanks for general use. At home there are always at least two bottles of 10lt drinking water for the cooler. You should be provided with appropriate water bottles for your use. There is also a water tank ready, 90 minutes from the notice, in case the water in the tank runs out.

Megalo Amoni Beach
Near Sofiko Korinthias the Megalo Amoni Beach is a beautiful sandy beach with calm turquoise waters and wonderful vegetation that embraces in a unique way the crystal clear waters.
Mikro Amoni Beach
Tiny beach in a very picturesque, green location with pebbles in and out of the sea, crystal clear blue waters and rich natural shade of pines and tamarisk trees.
Kalogerolimano Beach
Pebble beach of Corinth with crystal clear, deep blue, quite deep waters and views of the endless blue. The truly enchanting landscape is completed by the rich vegetation with pines and tamarisk trees reaching the sea.
Visitor access
Villa Iokasti is built on a communal plot of 1,300sqm and is the second house in the area. The parking lot next to the house is private.
Ways of transportation
The area requires a car. There is private parking on the plot, next to the house.
